Laren will come to your legal services organization for an initial meeting and, once engaged, begin a needs assessment process to identify your program's needs and to develop a plan created specifically for your organization.  

Create a Customized Plan

InSpirer Consulting will create a plan based on the unique needs of your organization. Analyze pro bono business processes, evaluation, technology, enhance existing procedures

Plan Implementation

Once the plan and timeline are approved, Laren will work with your team to implement the plan.

Ongoing Support

InSpirer Consulting will remain available for ongoing troubleshooting and support as needed after the plan is implemented and all work is completed.
