Identify Your Pro Bono Needs

Laren will come to your firm or in-house legal department for an initial meeting and, once engaged, begin a needs assessment process to identify your program's needs and to develop a pro bono plan created specifically for your organization.  

Create a Customized Plan

InSpirer Consulting will create a plan based on the unique needs of your firm or company that will include developing pro bono infrastructure and projects and kickstarting relationships with legal services providers. Projects and relationships will be designed to enhance skills development, reflect attorney interests, and enhance client relationships. In order to make your pro bono program efficient and effective, your plan will include developing elements of a pro bono infrastructure as needed, which may include drafting pro bono policies, establishing a pro bono committee, developing intake and closing procedures for pro bono matters, creating best practices for tracking and reporting. 

Plan Implementation

Once the plan and timeline are approved, Laren will work with your team to implement the plan.

Ongoing Support

InSpirer Consulting will remain available for ongoing troubleshooting and support as needed after the plan is implemented and all work is completed.
